• How long will my stickers last?

  Typically our product will last 3 years in outdoors.   A lot of abuse will obviously wear them out faster.   We use premium vinyls and laminates to ensure that you have the best quality for your hard earned money. 

• What is the difference between Kiss Cut and Die Cut Stickers?

  When a Sticker is Die-Cut, the sticker is cut into a custom shape all the way through the backing material.  
  
  A Kiss Cut sticker is cut into a custom shape as well, but not through the backing material.   This leaves excess material on the outside of the sticker.   This excess can be used for other design features such as a logo, qr code, or instructions.

• Will I see a prototype or proof before you produce my stickers?

  All of our orders come with an electronic proof that will be emailed to the address provided in your order information.  We will not begin production until you are happy with the artwork.   
  If we have something we feel is not quite right, we will certainly address those issues before proceeding.   We just want you to love your stickers.

• Can I split my order between two different designs?

  Unfortunately no.  Each design is treated as it's own order or product.  If you would like multiple designs, you will have to order additional products for each design.   

• What is your typical turnaround time?

  We strive to have your proof out within 24 hours.  Sometimes, a design will take a bit more time to make right, but we will notify you if that is the case.  We generally ship within 72 hours of proof approval.  

• What shipping service/services do you use?

  Our economy shipping is through USPS First Class and Priority Mail.    We also use UPS services for any order over 20lbs as well as expedited services (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air.)
